Global Instant Deposit Feature Update - Realtime payments

Instant Deposit is an option to expedite the payment delivery time from 3-4 business days to an hour after verification.

As our mission is to ensure you have a fantastic experience, this feature is now available for clients in most countries currently serviced by Veem.

 

What Changed?

This feature is now available for accounts located in the countries currently serviced by Veem, excluding Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea (South), Netherlands, Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago.

 

When will this feature be live?

The change is live as of Tuesday, October 25th, 2022.

 

How much is the current fee for Instant deposits to debit card Payments?

Processing these payments will cost 1% of the transfer amount.

 

How does this feature work?

This option can be used when the receiving account set is an active debit card. Afterward, any payment sent will be processed in a few hours after being verified.

 

Are these payments processed in real time?

Payments processed to debit cards and Veem wallets are real-time payments.

Is there a maximum amount being transferred?

​​The maximum amount that can be expedited is USD 50,000 per transaction. 

 

How can I disable this feature?

To disable this feature, change the debit card's default receiving account to your bank account.

To change the account you automatically receive payments to, please navigate to:

- Settings > Get paid > Defaults > Default Receiving Account >

**update this to your preferred receiving method.
