If you have a list of payees that you expect to do business with in the future, it is a good idea to load them immediately into Veem so that when it comes time to pay them they will already be in the system and ready to receive.
You can add these contacts by navigating to the "My Network" section of your account. This is accessible on the left hand navigation bar. Then, you can start by clicking the "Add New Contact" button.
Once you have done that, you will be asked to enter some basic information about your contact.
Once you click "Next" you will have the option to add some additional information to make their onboarding process more streamlined. They will have the option to change this to better match this information if you make a mistake.
Once you proceed from there, you will be presented with a confirmation page
If you provided additional information, this will also be available for review
Once you "Invite Contact" on this page, an email will automatically be sent to your Invitee for them to activate their account. You will be brought back to your My Network area where you will see the contact that you have added. You will be immediately able to Send a Payment or Invoice to them.
If you click on the "3-Dot" button, you will see some additional options
- View allows you to see the details of the information for this customer
- Edit will allow you to change the information you have added. Note that this is only available until the point that they have signed up and confirmed their information. Once they have done that, any edits will have to be completed by them.
- Remove will remove this customer from your contacts. This does not deactivate their Veem profile.
- Send Reminder will send a copy of the invitation email
