The Veem network allows users to send information as well as money. Documents attached to bills in Quickbooks are automatically attached and sent with payments to Vendors.
You can also export bill payments and attachments to bills you create in Quickbooks from Veem using the "Send Payments & Create Bill" feature.
Add an attachment to a bill as you normally do in Quickbooks:
When you review the open bill in Veem, you can see the attachment (check out the image below). Click on "Attachments" to view the file.
If it's in a format we can read, you'll be able to see a preview. If not, you can download it to view by clicking on the download button.
How does the receiver view attachments when I send a payment via Veem?
When the receiver clicks on a payment email, they can view the attachment on the first page they land on:
The receiver can also view the attachments on the payment detail view from the dashboard by clicking on the Veem ID: **Please note, recipients need to create an account to view the dashboard**
