To check the status of your payments, you can access the Transactions Tracker on the left side of your dashboard below the Send Payment and Receive Payment buttons.
To the right of the Transactions Tracker, you'll see the Status section.
On the transaction page, you'll see statuses like:
- Pending Your Approval
- Pending Team Approval
Select the transaction you would like more information on.
On the transaction page, you will see your payment in one of the following statuses with a solid green dot to the left of it:
- Pending acceptance by the recipient
- Pending recipient's information
- Pending verification by Veem
- Pending transfer from your bank account to Veem
- Transfer from your bank account to Veem complete
- Transfer to the recipient's account
- Deposit to the recipient's account
When a step has been completed, the dot will change to green and progress to the next step.
If the dot is yellow, the Veem Payment Operations team will be reaching out to you shortly to confirm some information related to your account.
Your payment will land within an average of 2-3 business days, depending on the location of the receiver of funds.
