Veem's approval structure allows you to customize your platform around how your business processes their payables. To get started, open your settings by selecting your name in the top right corner of your Veem dashboard.
Open the Approvals tab in your settings.
First you will need to add your Payment Creators. Payment Creators have the ability to draft payments, and in the default structure, send payments. This will also allow your users to create and send invoices. To add a Payment Creator, click Add Payment Creators and select the Veem users you would like to give the permission to. (Note: you must first add a user to your Veem account in order to make them a Payment Creator)
Next you can start adding your payment tiers. Tiers are determined by 2 primary features; the payment size and the number of people who must approve those transactions.
To create a tier, click on the "+" at the bottom of the screen.
Set the minimum amount you want your second tier to start at. The maximum of your previous tier will automatically adjust to be exactly $0.01 less than your minimum on the new tier.
Set the number of approvers you would like on this tier. You will need this number of people to sign off on each transaction that falls in this tiers parameters. Add the users you would like to give the ability to approve to by clicking "Add Approver". These user will receive notifications when payments come in for their approval.
