With Veem, you can customize your approval structure according to the unique needs of your organization.
Once you have multiple users on your Veem account, you can customize which users must approve payments.
Navigate to your Settings by clicking on the name of your business in the top right corner of the screen. Select Users from the horizontal menu bar to view your user settings.
Next, click the checkbox beside Enable Multi-Approval to turn this feature on.
You are now able to adjust the number of users who must approve payments on your account. This can range from 1 to the total number of users who have approval permissions on your account.
Now each payment sent from your account will require the designated number of users to approve it. In the above example, 3 users have been required, so payments from the account will not initiate until 3 separate users have approved the transaction.
