For some payments, additional documentation may be required. If documentation is required, you will be contacted by our Risk or Payment Operations teams to provide additional context on what specifically might be required to properly process your payments.
Uploading these documents directly to your Veem account is easy. To get started, you will need to access your settings.
Once in your settings, select the Documents tab along the top navigation bar.
- To upload a document, start by selecting the + in your settings
- Click and drag your chosen document to the space provided. Add a description of the documentation and select a category. Once complete, save the document
- Veem will review the documents and process your payment accordingly.
