Veem has different payment statuses that can help clients easily see and track which stage their payments are in.

Payment Status | What It Means | Cancellation Option |
Drafted | The payment has been created but has not yet begun processing. To learn how to submit a drafted payment click here. |
Yes, can be cancelled by the payer only. |
Pending Approval | The payment is awaiting approval from the payer's side. To learn how to approve payments, click here. |
Yes, can be cancelled by the payer only. |
Submitted | Payment submitted: The payment has been submitted for processing. No funds have been collected or moved by Veem at this stage. Pending verification: The payment is in review and no funds are collected.

In Progress |
The payment has cleared verification and started processing. If the status shows additional information is required, please refer to this troubleshooting article here for further guidance. |
The payment can no longer be canceled once the transfer to the receiver is initiated. Please reach out to client services for additional information. |
Deposited | Payment is complete and deposited to the payee's preferred receiving method. If the funds are not deposited, please consult this troubleshooting article for further assistance. |
