Veem allows payments to be sent from business-type debit and credit cards, and received to both personal and business-type debit cards.
To delete your current debit and/or credit card on file, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log in to Veem
Step 2: Click on the "Settings" tab
Step 3: Click on the "Funding" tab
Step 4: On the "Funding" tab, you will be able to see your current funding methods under the "Connected Methods" section
Step 5: On your credit/debit card in the "Connected Methods" list, please click "Remove".
You have now successfully removed your Debit/Credit card from Veem! To confirm that you have successfully removed the card from your file, please check to see that it no longer shows in your "Connected Methods" list.
Note: If you have any pending payments being delivered to the removed card, please reach out to Client Services.
