Creating an Invoice from the Bill Me Link

The Bill Me link gives contractors and vendors a quick and easy way to create and send invoices.

If you've received a Bill Me Link, this guide will walk you through sending your payer invoices using it. 

Step 1: Once you click the Bill Me link, you'll be taken to a page where you must enter some starting information. 

  • Your email
  • Currency
  • Internal invoice number (optional)

Step 2:  After clicking "Create Invoice," you'll be prompted to create a Veem account. You can create a password or use a single sign-on option with Google or Intuit.

Step 3: From here, you'll be asked to activate your account. Veem will have emailed you a 6-digit activation code. Enter it now, or you can close this pop-up and enter the code at the end of the process.

Step 4: You'll be asked to secure your Veem account with two-factor authentication. While this step is optional, we highly recommend it to help keep your account as secure as possible.

Step 5: Please tell us more about you and your business. First, you can select the account type that best describes your situation.  Then please provide the following information...

  • Country you're located in 
  • Business Type (for businesses)
  • First and last name
  • Phone number 
  • Address
  • Tax ID number 
  • Business name (for businesses)

Click "Next."

Step 6: We would like to know a little about your business. Please add your Industry and sub-industry and estimated annual revenue. 

To comply with our regulators, we also need to know if you are 100% business owner. Please check yes or no on this page. 

Step 7: We'd like to know how you'd like to receive your payment. Depending on your country, you can choose the Veem Wallet, Bank account, or instant deposit to your debit card. Screenshot 2024-06-24 at 9.00.04 AM

Step 8: That's it! Once you have added the way to receive your payment, you can create your invoice. If you would like more details on how to create an itemized invoice, please click here.
