Why is the exchange rate on Veem different than the rate on Google?
Every institution, including Veem, has small adjustments on that rate as cost for the exchange. The rate you see online on sites like Google is the mid-market rate, which does not include any spread. This is the rate used by central banks making exchanges.
Veem’s competitive spread is determined based on a number of factors, namely payment amount and destination. Each rate is calculated specifically for that payment, making sure you and your payees get the best deal.
