This article will guide you on withdrawing the available balance in your Veem Wallet to your bank account.
To withdraw the available balance in your Veem Wallet to your bank account, please follow the steps listed below.
Step 1: Log into your Veem account.
Step 2: Please click on "Veem Wallet" in the left-hand sidebar of your dashboard.
Step 3: Once the Veem Wallet page loads, select Withdraw funds.
Step 4: In the pop-up window:
- Select the receiving method by clicking on Switch and either select a debit card or bank account
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your Veem Wallet. You will see the conversion and bank details populate underneath automatically
Note: You can only withdraw from your available balance. Funds may still be waiting to clear before you can withdraw the full amount.
Step 5: Click Confirm Withdraw.
The payment will be processed and sent to your bank account or debit card. Generally, you can expect to receive the funds within 2-5 business days for bank transfers and within 2 hours for debit card transactions. However, please keep in mind that the actual timing may vary based on your bank's location, holiday schedules, and specific payment policies.
NOTE: Please don't update the bank details, specifically the banking country or currency, after you withdraw funds from the Veem wallet. As these payments are processed differently, updating the bank details afterward will not have any effect; the payment will still be processed with the previous bank details. Any updates to the bank account need to be made BEFORE the wallet withdrawal payment(s) is submitted.
