Who can pay using a credit card?
Clients located in the United States are now able to add their credit or debit card as a funding method to make any domestic and international payments.
Can I use my card to fund all of my payments?
Yes, clients can send payments funded from their card to any recipient in the US and to international recipients that are receiving in USD or their local currency.
Is there a limit to how much I can send when using my card to fund the payment?
There is a $50,000 USD limit per payment. For any payments over $50,000 USD, please reach out to Veem's client services at clientservices@veem.com
How much does it cost to send payments with my card?
There is a 2.9% fee when using the card to fund payments and no fees for your recipient!
How do I select to use my card when creating a payment?
Any card that successfully meets the funding criteria, will be displayed as a funding method in the payment flow. Simply select the card as the primary funding method and complete the payment.
To make your card the default debit method, please go to Settings > Funding > Funding Routes.
Which type of card can I use?
We currently support business Visa cards, and business and personal MasterCards.
Can I set up more than one credit card on my Veem account?
At this time, clients are able to set up one card on their account at a time.
Can I use my card to pay synced bills from QBO or Xero?
Yes when the credit card is selected as the primary sending payment method.
Can I use my card to fund a MassPay payments?
Yes with the limit of $50,000. If more than $50,000 then the MassPay payments will be funded by the bank account on file.
