Veem understands that every business has unique needs, so we have developed a simple way for you to easily manage all your vendor and contractor payables. The Bill Me Link is a personalized URL tailored to your business.
With the Bill Me Link, you can easily share and be invoiced in the manner that best suits you.
The Link can be accessed in 2 ways:
It can be found at the top of your Veem dashboard:
Alternatively, you can find your Bill Me Link in your Preferences section under Settings. To do so, please watch the video or follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: On the left side of the dashboard, please click on "Settings."
Step 2: Under Settings, navigate to the Preferences section. Then, go to Pay Link Preferences.
Step 3: Here, you can access your Pay Link and Bill Me Link URLs, customize the background color, and add a short business description.
Please note that when the description is edited, it will change for both the Pay Link and the Bill Me Link. Here are some suggestions on the wording.
If you are using both the Pay and Bill Me Links: "Thank you for paying/invoicing me using Veem"
If you are collecting contractor timesheets: "Kindly use the link to create a detailed timesheet to submit your hours for payment."
If you are using the link for Vendor invoices: "Kindly use the link to generate a detailed invoice to submit your charges for payment."
Your Bill Me Link URL is also customizable up to nine additional times. You can create shareable links to suit any business needs. Past links will remain active and can be used even after changing them.
Step 4: Once all the information is included, please click "Save".
Step 5: You can preview your Bill Me Link by clicking the "Preview" button to ensure it's exactly how you want. See the preview image below:
Your personal Bill Me Link is now complete! You can now start sharing this link by going to the Preference settings page and clicking the blue copy button next to your custom Bill Me Link URL.
You can share it via text or email. Start sharing this link to get paid directly into your bank account.
