If you are seeing this message it is because you are either sending or receiving your first payment, or a payment from someone who you've never transacted with on Veem before. 

Our verification team is working hard to keep everyone on Veem safe and will be reviewing your information to verify your payment.  This process can take up to 24 hours, and unless contacted directly by a member of the Veem team, no action is required on your end.
